FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, don accuse Governor Siminalayi Fubara say im make grave mistake by trying to do tings alone and build im own political structure too early afta im take office on May 29, 2023. According to Wike, wen im dey leave office as governor, im don lay solid foundation wey im want Fubara to build on so dat di state go fit gradually catch up with Lagos for infrastructural revolution. But im talk say im no know say Fubara get im own plan. Di former governor say im initiate di multi-billion naira Port Harcourt Ring Road project wey link many local government areas, and di work don already start before im hand over to Fubara. Wike call am im own legacy project wey im personally conceive, and im boast say im build 12 flyovers wey dem don commission while im still dey office as governor of Rivers State.

Wike note say politicians must dey meticulous for dia dealings, and di mistake wey Fubara make don further widen di gap wey im wan bridge between Lagos and Rivers State for development. Im remind say before im hand over, dem do church service, and im tell Fubara say “See where I have stopped. My thinking is that we do need to compete with Lagos. We have laid the foundation; he should be able to continue from there; we will give you all the necessary support.”
