Adebayo Presents Letters of Credence, Begins Tenure as Nigeria’s Ambassador to Portugal

Nigerian Ambassador to Portugal, Her Excellency, Erelu Angela Adebayo presented her Letter of Credence to President António José Seguro of Portugal at the Belém National Palace, Lisbon , Portugal on Monday.

Erelu Angela Adebayo is a former non-executive director of the United Bank for Africa (UBA) who recently transitioned from banking to diplomacy, officially presenting her credentials as Nigeria’s Ambassador to Portugal in July 2026.
