A conversation that began in China has evolved into one of the Caribbean’s most significant executive leadership engagements of the year, as internationally respected Nigerian wealth and leadership expert Dr. Ugochukwu Omeogu delivered an Executive Leadership Masterclass for the Government of Grenada—an engagement now opening the door to continued collaboration between both parties.
The invitation followed months of engagement after Dr. Richard Nixon, Chairperson of the Grenada Investment Development Corporation (GIDC), attended one of Dr Ugochukwu’s international executive masterclasses in China earlier this year. Captivated by the practical depth of the teaching and its relevance to national leadership, discussions began on bringing the experience to Grenada.
