The 37-year-old Grammy-winning Sacramento native announced that Frequency of Love is set to arrive on October 2 . The new project follows her successful run supporting Bruno Mars on his European tour and the chart-topping success of her 2026 single “Let Me” . The album marks a new, timeless chapter for Monét and comes after the Grammy-winning success of her 2023 debut LP, Jaguar II .
